Ancient Paths

As part of my Healing Touch homework for Level 5 and certification, I need to get 10 self-care sessions from other alternative practitioners.  Today I got a Tarot reading from Lynne Sterling (thanks, Lynne!).  I’ve only had a couple of short readings before, but this was very interesting.  Lynne initially did a meditation, then had me shuffle and stack the cards while thinking about the questions I had.  She then went through the entire deck, and…with help from her guide…gave me her reading of the cards as it pertained to my life.  I am happy to report that my future is bright with promise and happiness…but I was told I need to try not to work myself too hard and burn out…and that I should play more.  So tomorrow, I’m taking the afternoon off and will be getting a massage and going to a movie.
