Weight — causes excess pressure on the joints — which makes it hard to exercise — which makes the weight go up — which causes excess pressure — etc. etc.

So — here is the challenge – just DO SOMETHING — I started my exercise program by trying to walk a mile, which resulted in a pulled calf muscle…but this time, instead of just stopping, I kept going…I did exercises that didn’t require me to further stress the calf muscle…took some thought and may not have been as intense, but I kept going…
