    Winter Storm

The storm has passed.  The sun is out, and it is a winter wonderland out there.  I spent this morning watching the birds, deer, and squirrels out in the snow.  If you want a natural treatment for stress, give yourself an hour or so in the morning to just observe the world around you.  It feels great.

We have been checking road conditions, and will update the website by noon with information regarding the open house.

Yesterday Martha and I stripped and waxed our spa floors.  What a job!  It looked the floors had NEVER been stripped before.  But now we have both spare rooms ready for occupancy. They are painted and fresh for your use.

Are you a natural health professional?  Perhaps a Yoga Instructor, Life Coach, Massage Therapist, or Reflexologist?  We need you!  We have rooms available for your use at very reasonable rates.  Call 479-981-9995 for details.
