Today I was supposed to have a massage scheduled with Martha but somehow I wasn’t ready for a full hour of massage. Martha suggested that I have a “Chair Massage” Within 15 minutes I was totally relaxed.
When getting a chair massage you name the amount of time and thus govern the cost of the massage. With Ancient Paths chair massage is $1.00 per minute and worth much more than that!

Well our first open house was a resounding success! Thanks to all who attended. We provided food and drink, Martha gave chair massages and we all enjoyed the Christmas Parade from our balcony! Thanks for helping us get to know you.

The storm has passed. The sun is out, and it is a winter wonderland out there. I spent this morning watching the birds, deer, and squirrels out in the snow. If you want a natural treatment for stress, give yourself an hour or so in the morning to just observe the world around you. It feels great.
