Chair Massage is a quick relaxing option

Filed under: Chuck's Blog by Chuck @ 8:56 pm | Comments Off

Today I was supposed to have a massage scheduled with Martha but somehow I wasn’t ready for a full hour of massage. Martha suggested that I have a “Chair Massage” Within 15 minutes I was totally relaxed.

When getting a chair massage you name the amount of time and thus govern the cost of the massage. With Ancient Paths chair massage is $1.00 per minute and worth much more than that!

Still time for gift certificates too! Call us for an appointment or a gift certificate. If your local I will personally deliver the certificate to your home or business.

I read the above article on Yahoo! today (click on the text for the link). Another reason why massage is beneficial…by lowering stress levels, it reduces the biochemicals that worsen skin diseases like eczema and psoriasis.

    Winter Storm

The storm has passed.  The sun is out, and it is a winter wonderland out there.  I spent this morning watching the birds, deer, and squirrels out in the snow.  If you want a natural treatment for stress, give yourself an hour or so in the morning to just observe the world around you.  It feels great.

We have been checking road conditions, and will update the website by noon with information regarding the open house.
